The company has strategised to launch ultra budget smartphones on Indian soil at regular intervals to catapult maximum user base. The company has now launched yet another great value for budget smartphone named Intex Cloud String V2.0. Priced at Rs 6,499, the device will be sold exclusively on Flipkart and that too in 2 colour variants – Champagne and Silver.
If we talk about its specifications, Intex's latest offering flaunts a 5-inch Oncell HD Display with 2.5D Curved glass protection. For better performance, Intex Cloud String V2.0 is equipped with a Quad Core processor clocked at 1.3GHz and is coupled with 2GB RAM. For storage purposes, you will get 16GB inbuilt space, which can be further expanded. On Photography front, the device is fitted with an 8 megapixels rear snapper and a 5 megapixels front camera. Running on Android Lollipop, the phone is backed by a 2200 mAh battery.
The phone comes with a SOS feature for emergencies. It has a rear fingerprint scanner as well. One downside of the phone is the absence of 4G connectivity. Otherwise, the phone has all competitive features you can get in this budget. For us, the phone is rightly priced and has competitive features if compared to their stiff competitors.
