OnePlus 5 Prototype surfaced online, flaunts vertical dual rear camera (Update: It’s Fake)

After several leaked renders in the past, the first ever OnePlus 5 prototype surfaced online. This prototype flaunts vertical dual rear camera as hinted in renders in the past. Power button is fitted on the right hand side of the device. Volume rockers are fitted on the left along with a three-way switch. A dual tone LED flash is added. Design-wise, the phone rear panel looks same as we have seen in OnePlus 3/3T design. The only difference is of a Dual rear camera setup. It is actually a photoshopped version of the OnePlus 3/3T.

In the past, a couple of renders of the OnePlus 5 have emerged online featuring horizontal dual rear camera setup, seen in Apple iPhone 7 Plus. Specs-wise, the Oneplus 5 has appeared on Antutu revealing an Octa core Snapdragon 835 chipset paired with 6GB of RAM. Under the hood, there will be 64GB of native storage. A 128GB variant could also be launched. The device will run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat. As per the Antutu listing, the OnePlus 5 will carry a 16-megapixel rear camera (probably dual setup) and a 16-megapixel selfie camera. A 5.5-inch screen size is expected. Full HD display resolution is confirmed.
